Qualification Policy
Once you’ve submitted your order, we’ll authorize your card. Shortly after, you’ll receive a HIPAA-compliant medical intake form to complete. Once your eligibility is confirmed by LeanerRx’s clinical team, we’ll process the authorized payment. If it turns out you’re not eligible for the program, we’ll release the authorization hold, and you won’t incur any charges.
Refund Policy
Once your intake form has been reviewed, completed, and deemed eligible by the practitioner, we do not offer refunds.
Cancellation Policy – Prescription
Prescriptions completed and sent to the pharmacy by our practitioners are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy – Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us at: Support@LeanerRx.com, except if you have already been charged for another month of the current program.
